Lakeview Wood Products is seeking an experienced Finisher/Sander to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of two years of professional experience in wood finishing, with demonstrated expertise in the application of stains and conversion varnish.

Responsibilities include:

• Sanding parts to be finished

• Preparing, staining, and finishing wood products to the highest quality standards

• Applying stains, sealers, and conversion varnish with precision and consistency

• Inspecting finished work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications

• Maintaining equipment and work areas in a safe and orderly manner

• Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional wood finishing

• Proficiency in applying stains and conversion varnish

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Sanding experience with air sanders

• Commitment to teamwork, safety, and ongoing improvement
